To Parents and Guardians,
Our announcements for the week are:
1. Please join us on Friday, March 2nd for the Sears Drama Festival. Oakwood CI will be competing with Lawrence Park CI and Silverthorn CI. Performances begin at 7 p.m. and we hope to see you there. The performances will be adjudicated and the winner will proceed to the next level of competition in the Sears Drama Festival. Please join us in sending our students best wishes.
2. The Boys' Hockey Team will be playing on Tuesday, February 28th in the semi-finals. We wish the team the very best luck!
3. Our Boys' Basketball Teams have completed their seasons for the year. Our Senior Boys lost in the quarter final playoffs. Our Junior Boys lost in the City Finals and finished their season 2nd in the city. Both teams played exceptionally well this year and we are proud of their efforts. Many thanks to our coaching staff especially Mr. Miller and Mr. Sitch for their dedication and commitment to athletics at Oakwood.
