Week of Janaury 30 - February 3, 2012

We hope to see everyone at our Theatre 55 performances this week!

Announcements for the week are:

1. Theatre 55 performs “The Laramie Project” on Thursday, February 2 and Friday, February 3 at 7:00 p.m. This play addresses homophobia and hate crimes and we are so proud of our students and staff for taking on this challenging text as part of their curriculum. We hope to see you on Thursday or Friday.

2. Students are currently selecting their courses for the 2012-2013 school year through the TDSB web application “My BluePrint”. Students will be able to submit their choices after Wednesday, February 1^st – when we go “live”.

Week of January 23 - 27, 2012

Wishing everyone in our school community a Happy Lunar New Year!

Our announcements for the week are:

1. Tuesday, January 24^th is our annual Ski Trip. Mount St Louis Moonstone has most runs open with the support of snow making machines. Hopefully the warm temperatures today do not compromise the number of runs open tomorrow. We know everyone will have a great time regardless.

 2. Friday, January 27^th is our Chamber Concert at St. Matthew’s

church on St. Clair. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. We hope to see everyone there!

 3. Oakwood Athletics - Our Curling teams have begun their season. We wish them good luck.

4. Grade 10’s – Monday, January 30^th is the turn around day for Civics and Careers. Students are reminded that their courses, teachers and room numbers change on this date.
